Our Causes

We are committed to helping the veteran community through charitable donations to organizations that directly support and assist returning veterans. With every bottle of Night Watch “Man O’War” Red Blend and Night Watch “Wings of Gold” Riesling we sell, we contribute a dollar to either the Navy Safe Harbor Foundation or the Farmer Veteran Coalition. We hope that you will enjoy these wines knowing that you are contributing to a worthy cause. To donate directly to these charitable organizations, please see the information and links below.

Farmer Veteran Coalition

We are proud members of the Farmer Veteran Coalition (FVC), a 501(c) non-profit that assists veterans in becoming farmers and leaders in their farming communities. Since 2008, the FVC has assisted currently serving and veteran members of our Armed Forces to embark on careers in agriculture by providing them with education, resources, and small grants necessary to kick-start their farm or to find employment in farming. With so many current farmers retiring, the FVC’s programs are important both to our veterans and to our country. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation: https://www.farmvetco.org/donate.

Homegrown By Heroes

Night Watch Wines is farmer-veteran certified by Homegrown By Heroes (License #1435), a certification granted by the Farmer Veteran Coalition. The Homegrown By Heroes label was established to recognize and certify farmer-veterans while connecting consumers with farmer-veteran products. Each future bottle of Night Watch Wines and the wine grapes grown at our Foxley Estate Vineyard will carry this label.

Navy Safe Harbor Foundation

The Navy Safe Harbor Foundation serves wounded and injured U.S. Navy Sailors and Coast Guardsmen and their families. The organization coordinates the non-medical care of seriously wounded, ill, or injured personnel and provides resources and support to their families. The organization welcomes donations of time and/or money. You can learn more about the Navy Safe Harbor Foundation at https://safeharborfoundation.org/
